At Ithaca College, we reinforced and evolved the College’s existing brand foundation, aligning communications across departments to ensure consistency and clarity. Through governance oversight, vendor coordination, and strategic creative guidance, we helped elevate institutional storytelling in support of the “Here, progress never stops” narrative and DEI goals. Context • Steward and enforce the college brand identity system across all applications.
• Guided communications and website development, and campaign execution.
• Manage project workflows, scheduling, and feedback via Clickup and Asana.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to establish project objectives.
• Train faculty and staff while overseeing DIY brand platforms.
• Lead creative development of the bi-annual college magazine.
Criteria

Existing Identity Guided application of the existing brand identity, ensuring consistent typography, imagery, messaging, and inclusive representation across departments.

Brand Governance Guided and enforced brand governance across publications, web experiences, and communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality.

Brand Guidance Reviewed vendor-designed print materials, ensuring brochure production adhered to College brand standards prior to release.

Event Identity Management Led scalable event visual systems, aligning sub-brand identities with institutional standards while maintaining distinct expression and messaging priorities.

Campaign Development Led integrated campaign concepts, translating strategic objectives into cohesive multi-channel storytelling engaging prospective students, alumni, and stakeholders.

Systems and Template Design & Management Created and managed DIY systems, templates, and platform access, enabling consistent, efficient, on-brand communications across departments.

Photo Library Expansion Expanded the institutional photo library through campus engagement, capturing authentic imagery that strengthened storytelling and DEI representation.

These efforts strengthened institutional identity, elevated campus engagement, and enabled timely, consistent communications across channels and initiatives, supporting organizational cohesion.
